Acer Chromebook Spin 11 CP311-1H-C1FS Convertible Laptop, Celeron N3350, 11.6" HD Touch, 4GB DDR4, 32GB eMMC

I really like this laptop. It's really cute! I have an HP that I bought 5 years ago and I actually like this little laptop much better. It's faster than I thought it would be. For the most part, it's faster than my HP. My HP is 17 inches and it's the Envy touch screen model. It was easy to set up...actually, there was hardly any setup. I already had a Google account so it was pretty easy. I'm used to setting-up a smartphone and that process takes forever! The Acer Chromebook is very lightweight. I was constantly taking it out to my backyard to search or shop online. I love that it's a touch screen laptop! It's very easy to type on as well. It's like having a tablet with a keyboard attached. Speaking about a tablet, I tried out the tablet feature and it's ok. I actually prefer the laptop part better. I haven't used my iPad in while so I kind of got out of the loop of using a tablet. I'm usually on my computer at work or my iPhone so the tablet use really isn't necessary for me. Tablet mode was a little awkward for me. It's a little weird having the keyboard folding behind. You feel like you're accidentally going to type something or go into an application. You eventually get past that feeling. When I checked my e-mails the screen wasn't large enough to view it in its entirety. The bottom half of the screen was just empty space. Now, this could be Outlook's platform on tablets or it could be the tablet feature. I've also noticed the screen is blacked out at the bottom when you're in Google Play Store in tablet mode. It's just all black halfway down the screen. I won't be using the tablet mode too much. I will be using the tablet to read ebooks since I recently joined a book club. This laptop top is easy to carry around and the battery life is amazing! Both things are great for when you're on the go and are trying to find time to read. Overall I really like this laptop. If you're looking to do simple things that you would do on a tablet or small laptop this is definitely for you! I definitely would recommend it. It really has changed my Outlook on Chromebooks!
