Poor Packaging

Poor packaging caused the blouse shoulder to be damaged. A 2.5" gash occurred in the left shoulder due to the blouse being stuck to the mailing label. Yes, that's right. The blouse escaped both the thin plastic bag as well as the mailing bag. The blouse fabric was substantially stuck to the mailing label and was damaged even before cutting through the middle of the mailing label to open the bag. The blouse needed a better internal wrapper to prevent packaging.
