GREAT VALUE AND BIG UMBRELLA PERFECT FOR PATIO

This umbrella is huge and very sturdy. I have used a lot of umbrellas and this is much better built than the typical 10' cantilever umbrellas out there. The swivel is smooth and the steel is very heavy gauge. The base is very sturdy as well and well packaged, easily filled with sand and water. The downside is the base is rather bulky and big so you need to think about how to hide it or dress it up in the patio area, but that is the same challenge for all cantilever umbrellas. This umbrella is great value at 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of other comparable ones out there

Great Large umbrella for your patio

This is an amazing umbrella when you consider the cost. But there is nothing cheap about this product. It comes with detailed instructions. All the parts are clearly labeled and easily identifiable . If you run into any problems there are lots of on line videos to help. However I found the customer service department to be one of the best I have ever dealt with . I messed up a a part and asked that it be replaced and it arrived overnight. I believe this company deserves every one of the 5 stars that have given it.

Couples afternoon project!

This huge heavy umbrella came wrapped in a small box. There were so many pieces but everything was well organized, and arranged. Each piece lettered appropriately and the book of directions easy to read and follow. Just a few do overs. Couples project took about three hours… the last assembly were hardest and heaviest but we did it and immediately enjoyed a cocktail under the shade that is twice as much as our old one. It will get good use. We are still watching the sun during the day to determine best placement. It is super sturdy and takes a breeze without threat of falling. Rhode Island
