Cooking Instructions - General - For Food Safety and Quality:. do not thaw. • Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time as needed. Oven cook - From Frozen - Conventional Oven. Do not bake in plastic trays. Do not prepare in microwave. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. 2 Place 16 frozen franks in a blanket on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam® no-stick cooking spray, seam side down and 1 inch apart. 3 Bake 18 to 21 minutes until pastry is puffed and lightly browned. 4 Check that franks are baked thoroughly. • Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. * To cook 32 franks in a blanket, use 2 baking sheets switching half way through baking. Must be baked thoroughly. Read and follow these cooking directions.

Wonderful appetizer or snack.

I bought these years ago and was very disappointed because the puff pastry burned and the hot dogs were still cold. I followed the instructions to the letter. Fast forward, I decided to try them again. Much, much better! I figured that in 20 years they would have fixed the recipe and they did. These are delicious and perfect for the holidays.

These are delicious. Especial;y the pastry used. It is so light, the outside is crisp, yet a bit delicate, light. The franks are tasty and firm, not fatty, or have the flavor and texture of fillers. My spouse doesn't like biscuits, or bread, but loved these as well, even wanting me to find out exactly the kind of pasty and how to best mimic these at home. The only downside is the price!
