Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It turned out to be a really convenient and tasty quick meal. The tortilla gets nice and crispy in the oven and the filling has a good balance of chicken, cheese and rice with a flavorful seasoning. They're filling, easy to prepare and perfect for busy days or snacks. I just wish there was a little more chicken inside, but overall, they're a solid freezer option I'd buy again.
Easy Weeknight Dinner before the Kid's Practice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy Mom of three, finding easy, protein dinner options my kids love to eat is always a win. El Monterey helps me do just that. My kids love the Chicken, Cheese and Rice Chimichangas for their flavor (not too spicy) and I love them because I know they're getting something sooo much better than the sugar-packed meals out there. These are loaded with white meat chicken and shredded cheese and are always a hit especially in the car before soccer and volleyball practice. We highly recommend!

The filling is hearty and flavorful, with tender chicken, melty cheese, and seasoned rice that all come together really well. The tortilla crisps up nicely when baked or air-fried, giving it that perfect golden crunch on the outside while staying soft inside. It's an easy, filling meal that tastes way better than you'd expect from frozen. Definitely a freezer staple for quick lunches or dinners!
