Yes I know it is a towel but we have dogs and old people in the house. very soft. fabric not as dense as I prefer in towels but it was a good price, lovely color, and it accomplished what I needed. is it a luxury towel? My dog and I argued for hours about the color but I won. Plus, he's a dog. No money and no government ID. So double-win. I will say, though, that ALL of my snakes are afraid of this towel! I am not sure why--maybe it's the pattern. I guess it may count as snake repellent or at least deterrent. For US snakes that is. I have not tested with foreign snakes. Wrapping up, we don't have for monsoon where I live. So it's a wash.
