Keeps wine nicely chilled. Remove from box, plug in, and add your bottles. Don't expect wine to be cold in an hour, let the bottles sit for a few hours (mine were in there overnight). I compared prices and customer reviews at walmart and amazon on this cooler. I decided to purchase it from walmart and added the $4 protection plan. The cooler was shipped to my door with no damage and works perfectly for my needs. I put 4 regular size bottles in it and a larger bottle on the bottom. For the price it can't be beat. If anything does go wrong with it, I can return it to any walmart location since I bought the protection plan.

I removed (just slide out, no tool needed) bottom tray, and I can store small water bottles, coffe creamer, fruits, small yogurts, cheese & couple of lean Cuisens! Looks super sleek & works well. There is a small round knob to adjust temperature, I have it on high, I can't hear any noises, and it doesn't "freezes" anythings, everything stays fresh & cool. So far an excellent choice for my needs !
