Designed to fry batches up to ¾ of a pound in just 1.1 liter of oil, this is a great deep fryer even for spur-of-the-moment snacks and meals. The compact design allows creative cooks to prepare fried calamari to top a salad, and moms to fry up mozzarella sticks for kids. Temperatures up to 375°F and a die-cast frying bowl maintain selected oil temperatures for restaurant-quality results. Since I’m only cooking for one this is the perfect solution when I want to deep fry. Ease of use make this a no-brainer. I use a 4 cup measuring cup to fill and drain with a strainer. It really performs well! The basket was the selling point for me. You can fry without it but the basket is great for fries and other smaller items! I highly recommend this for single/small batch frying!

This little fryer exceeded my expectations. We are a gluten free family and have been craving donuts and other fried foods for a long time. I found this compact fryer and thought it would be nice to try making our own yummy snacks. It’s compact for storing and leaving on the counter, but big enough to fit a couple of donuts at a time. It was easy to use and cooked the food perfectly every time. Highly recommend!
