Great look and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to return the first one I received as the base plate was already adhered to the unit. Install the replacement without any issues. However, user code A did not work. Was able to work around it. The lock seems to be working fine now. It has certainly made accessibility much easier.

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the same lot for 20 years. It has been an excellent lock. The only reason I'm replacing is that I broke the battery connector. I am ordering a new connector which should be in within a couple of weeks and I'm going to pass this one on to my mother. Great product!
