I have been using this item since we moved into our house in December 2014. We have a septic tank and this seems to help with not having to put septic treatment down the drain every month. I believe this product does the job it is meant to do. This was the quickest way that I have order this product. Usually I have to go out and put in an order and then have it shipped to the store and then go out and pick up the item. The order arrived before the email told me that it was on it's way.
