Security cable shopper.
I don't know why a customer would give this item one star. I bought it and I give it 5 stars with the exception of the cable. It won't uncurl but other than that it's fantastic. I can change the combination anytime I want as long as its a four letter word. Eventually I'm going to buy another one for my garden tools as in weed wacker, hedge trimmer and air blower which are all cordless.

cheap and weak
used this lock to lock up my sons brand new Mt Bike came home and the lock was on the ground cut clean bike gone you can cut the cable with hand cutters

Cuts Like Butter
I purchased two of these locks for some brand new bikes that I had purchased. About 6 months after purchase, I discovered that one of the new bikes was gone. Upon further inspection, I found the WordLock still hanging from the bike rack and some very telling cut marks. Apparently, it's as easy as butter to cut through the lock housing rendering this lock as no deterrent to any bike thief. I will be replacing both locks immediately with something much harder to be tampered with.
