I contacted the seller, AMI about 12 times and would like Walmart to know what happened after my attempts to work this out with the seller. The last time I messaged AMI they have never responded to me. The necklace is supposed to be 18 inches and wasn't even 16 inches. They agreed to send another chain, which I was thankful for, they sent another chain which wasn't the same as the original chain and a cheaply added piece to make the chain longer. I explained my disappointment and they asked me to send both chains back and they would make this right. Why wasn't that done with the replacement chain? I am attaching a picture to show the quality of the second chain I received......
