True to size and great length for 75% height

This skirt is so comfortable. My daughter is 9 and 75% in height. It hits right at the knees which is perfect for her to use all year and still be the right length for school! It can't be adjusted in the waist, but was perfect for my daughter. Weight 74lbs. Perfect! Soft, easy to wash. Not put in the dryer yet.

Great Skirt
