Always my go to

As I accomplish multiple bath and kitchen renovations, my go to choice is Moen. Besides meeting my styles, it is a high quality product. If there is any minor issue, they have tremendous customer service. After dealing with terrible customer service with another popular brand (AS)..I will always recommend Moen!

Outstanding Product

This product met all expectations, went well with the decor of the room it was a replacement for a faucet that just fell apart, I don't think a good follow up check was made on the faucet. The new faucet was well made and I am sure it will last a long time. Again I am well satisfied with my new faucet.

Had to be done

installation required access to the back of my shower. Had the parts all been of the correct gender, this would not have required a big depot run. I had to change the water supply from male to female, also the stand pipe. The access to the back was caused by the wrong gender for the stand pipe and the little problem of not being able to remove the old pipe from the mixer valve. Everything worked out, except it is taking longer to repair the hole in the wall than the installation of the shower control. Works as described, wish I had control over the water pressure.
