Absolutely Perfect for stainless steel. I love that it come solid and that you can cut your own hole just where you need it. I traced my opening with a black marker and actually cut the perfect circle rather than letting the pebbles stick out. Love it, love it, love it.

I have been looking at these mats for a long time. We have a ceramic, white kitchen sink and I love the clear mats versus the gold that I grew up with. I am a person that pretty much only cooks for family holidays. We are always scratching up the white sink rinsing or cleaning all the dishes, pots and pans. These mats have kept that from happening and are nice in appearance. I bought the larger size and had to cut about an inch off one end but that was very easy. I would recommend these to friends and family.
