QUALITY WHOLE FOOD NUTRITION
It's rare to find a whole food vitamin with balanced nutrition for assisting with hot flashes, arthritis, gut, energy, antinflammatory, skin, cruciferous vegetables, fruits combo help boost collagen.It takes about 3 months usually for significant results. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm noticing a difference helping with hot flashes, bowel movements, and energy. The bottle was almost half empty which is ridiculous, the company should either use a smaller bottle and charge less instead of filling it half way in a larger bottle charging full price. It's wrong. . It's such a turn off that I will be desperately looking for a comparable vitamin before I finish this bottle. If you're not on a budget or don't care then stick with this quality vitamin. I trained for bodybuilding so it's difficult to find quality vitamins like this.

Quality vitamins at a great price
I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day.
