VTech 1080p Smart WiFi Remote Access Video Baby Monitor with 5” High Definition 720p Display, Night Light, RM5856HD (White)

We bought these TWICE. The first time the actual monitor wouldn't turn on, it would only show the loading screen. Charged it all night, still wouldnt go past the loading screen, so we switched it for another one. Same exact one. The monitor worked for maybe 2 weeks then did the SAME thing, whatever we had the app on our phones so we have just been using our phones. The problem is sometimes you cant see the videos it records, we have it on automatic record for movement, we also have 2 cameras. The videos will say unavailable or they just delete by themselves, this recent problem is, our second camera was deleted off, not by us, ill assume casper did it, and will not let us add it back onto the app. Its been really frustrating dealing with these. Wouldn't recommend to anyone especially for the price these sell for
