    Excellent power washer

    Shipping was quite fast, got it in 5 days. I had never use a pressure washer before, so I didn't know what to expect. Assembly was easy: attach spray nozzle to gun, extension hose to water outlet, high pressure hose to gun assembly and 2 way hose connector to bottom back of unit. This is where you attach the garden hose. With all the hoses and connections, my main concern with this was leaks. There were NONE. Once I got used to the unit, it was easy to operate. I didn't have any detergent on hand, so I used only water. I cleaned a small area of my concrete drive and a section of my gutter screening where leaves and twigs had built up. The washer did an excellent work on both and the adjustable spray nozzle worked fine. Make sure you read the owner's manual thoroughly and go back and read it again. Like me, I was surprised what I missed the first time. Happy spraying!

    Am very satisfied with this product

    This 2,000 psi power washer is just what I needed for the job. Have been using it for the past week and am so glad that I did not buy one with a gasoline engine. It is comparitively quiet and does a great job cleaning my decks without tearing up the wood. My previous washer was much too powerful and did damage the decks. It is built like a vacuum cleaner so is easy as pie to move around. It has a very long power cord eliminating the need for an extension cord and the long wind-up hose makes it unnecessary to move the tank around while working. Have seen complaints about the soap dispenser not working properly but I have not used that so I can''t comment about that. Also, it cost less to buy than it costs to rent one for a day or two.

    Good Quality Product

    The All Power 2,000 PSI - Electric Pressure Washer with Hose Reel was bought as a present to my husband. He said that it works great except for the soap dispensing unit. We both read the instructions (very limited, by the way) and could not find how to dispense the soap while using the electric pressure washer. That is the reason that I rated this as "four stars" instead of five. Other than this issue, it works great. I have tried several times to get a hold of the company via the internet, but they do not respond. We will have to try calling them and hope to solve this issue because we do like the product. It looks like it is made with quality.
