First impression out of the box— easy set up, easy to shape, beautiful lit or unlit. Used red and gold to decorate and colors really pop— many compliments on the tree. Tried other pencil trees that were too straight— this has just enough shape and height to be just right for the space. Replaced a 9' 54” circumference tree and though I have a large space this tree fills without overwhelming.
