Love this clock
The 6' X 4' wall space overlooking my living room was in desperate need of something to fill it. This clock fit the bill perfectly, in terms of looks and function. The combination of the wood face and metal frame is a great match for my decor, and it's the perfect size. And what a great price! Shipping time far exceeded my expectations. The edge of the circular frame was slightly bent but not noticeable once mounted. It's keeping time accurately though I've only had it for 2 days. I'm really impressed with the selection on Hayneedle, super fast shipping, and quality of the product. It's my first Hayneedle purchase but likely not my last. Extremely pleased!!!

The Description on this clock is incorrect. Says WOOD.. it is NOT . the whole clock is "Metal" to look like wood. Although my son said he'd keep it. I'm not happy with this at all. I would of returned it.

Cheaply made and not worth the price at all!
Read the description carefully. I was not expecting the backing to be wood, but for $70 I was expecting the dial to be metal! The dial and the "iron overlay" is all EXTREMELY flimsy plastic. The dial was actually bent when I received. They packaged in nicely with a "fragile" sticker and all, but it is not fragile at all. It's cheap plastic.
