Shipping stunk, packaged incorrectly and damaged.
I'm quite disappointed in this purchase. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days and the tracking kept changing daily. It didn't arrive for over a week. I kept contacting about it and yes, I was compensated by a $10 Wal-Mart coupon and had friendly customer service people to talk to. However, the day this keyboard arrived it was in plastic. A grey plastic bag wrapped around a black plastic bag. This was wrapped around the keyboard box, itself. As I unwrapped it all, I opened the bent box that probably got pushed and shoved around everything in the trucks it traveled in, the keyboard keys fell off. As I picked up this keyboard, the keys literally were falling off. There was a crack straight in the center. I'm disappointed and a little frustrated. I got a full refund. I'm happy about the way they handled this. However, this keyboard should've been packed better for its travel. Also, it was supposed to be regular FedEx and it was shipped ground which means whoever went the cheaper route. I'll never trust the owner or party who sells through Wal-Mart ever again. Buyer beware of how your products may surface to your doorstep, if they ever arrive.
