Broken in Transit

Like many others, our toilet arrived broken. We received a fast refund from the third party shipper. But we had to dispose of packing and broken toilet plus go to a box store at the last minute so the plumber would have a toilet to install. I had read complaints of others re: damage in transit. I assumed the shipper had too and would address the issue. This was not the case as of mid Dec 2020. Cannot recommend. Gave a second star for prompt refund, but the burden of disposal and replacement is yours.
