Avalanche beets, an All America Selections Winner, produces white roots that have snow white interiors. They have the sweetness of a red beet but do not have the bitterness or earthy beet flavor like most other beets. Avalanche beets are perfect to use raw in salads, roasted or for juicing. Highly resistant to Cercospora leaf spot.
