Aleene's Fabric Fusion Permanent Fabric Adhesive Glue 8 fl oz

My first use of this product was to glue non-slip grip to the back of a set of kitchen rugs (foam non-slip grip to the plastic-y backing of the rug). Many months later, it's still holding strong! I also use it to keep knots of crochet seams from coming apart in the wash. I'm a seamstress, so I don't use it to hold seams together, but I have used it to keep the sides of fabric bows attached to the dress where I don't want stitches showing so the bows don't wrinkle up in the wash, and it works great for that, too!! I haven't yet found anything this glue won't work on! To keep it from ruining things like 'curtins', just apply a small amount to each piece that you are attaching together, wait a good 45 seconds or so, then gently press together and leave it alone for a few hours. I don't normally like Aleen's products... I only purchased this because there was nothing else in-stock at the time with enough ounces to do my rug project, and I'm glad I did, because I use this all the time and would recommend it to anyone!!
