These melted well and were easy to use to dip graham crackers and truffles in for cake decorations. Worked better than the Wilton candy melts I got because I needed a different color, and these were less expensive.

Great Taste and Consistency
Love this brand of melting chocolates, they melt so smoothly with consistency and if you overheat, that's easily solved with a tablespoon of shortening (Crisco). The taste is excellent, as I'm quite picking about that, especially when it comes to melting chocolates. Not overly sweet, but also no fake taste or after taste like I've gotten from more popularized brands. I've purchased this on multiple occasions and the colors are so beautifully vibrant. This is from an a couple orders I used the pink version on.
