We wanted an updated version of the Ptouch PT-9600
We wanted an updated version of the P-touch PT-9600 that was approximately the same size, weight, and simplicity, but we didn't get it. What we instead got is an oversized luggable that is heavy and overly complex, requiring multiple menus & levels. It's doubtful that research indicated that users wanted the PT-E800W as the successor to the PT-9600. Also, why isn't there a "Delete" key?
