Love! Less is more with this, I did the X formation but that was way too much. I'd say two sprays 8-10 inches away and you're good. I actually ended up spraying this all over- arms, legs, even hair! It was glorious. I was a sparkling goddess but not in a cheesy way. Loooooove.
