I really love this product, and I have purchased several. It really helps clean and moisturize the nasal passages. The flow can be inconsistent, and the expected mist can sometimes come out more like a stream. I find that using very short sprays can help alleviate issues with that. Overall I'd recommend.

Works, but has FLAWS
The product in the can is great! The can itself is NOT! You take the chance every time that the can will be smashed, or it just won't work. You press the nossel, and nothing comes out! Out of the 10 I've purchased, I'd say I've had an issue with at least 4 of them. If you get one that works, I personally feel the pressure in this can is way too much for use in the nose. It sprays so hard it almost hurts. If you're looking for a brain flush, this is your product. I'll keep it for wounds, but stick with brand name for nasal spray.
