I have used it but the pellets I had were old and it was mostly dust. Not realizing I poured it into the device and used it. Of course it did not work. I purchase some fresh pellet bait and loaded it but forgot to clear out the dust, so still not effect and gopher was still active. After clearing out the dust for the most part pellets started to come out of the device and I have treated my yard with it. A day has gone my and I do not see any activity. Still too early to tell. I am also using Amdro pellets which use Zinc Phosphate. I have subsequently ordered Martin's which use Strychnine laced grain and may be more palatable for Moles and Gophers. I am very hopeful if I see my Gopher is back that treating the tunnel with Martin's will be the solution. Hope this helps.
