They are trimmed with a comfortable matching color cotton blend fabric with a 1" wide black elastic strap measuring 27"long. This item is designed with a circular mesh base with flexible wire covered in fabric and feathers that flare up around the neck and off the shoulders when you slip your arms through the elastic on each side.
