Tylenol PM Extra Strength Nighttime Pain Reliever and Sleep Aid Caplets help relieve minor aches and pains and help you fall asleep fast for a more restful sleep. This nighttime pain relief medicine provides 500 mg of acetaminophen and 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in each caplet. Both a pain reliever and non-habit forming sleep aid, it is formulated to help you fall asleep and stay asleep while also relieving headaches and minor aches and pain. Tylenol PM does what it's supposed to do!
Tylenol PM has definitely helped me sleep through some painful nights but now I have higher than usual liver serum enzymes. Definitely not an everyday medication. I wish you all could come up with a daily dose for sleep that is not harmful to the liver.

Works good
This stuff works wonders!! I take this right before bed time when my foot pain or back pain acts up. It helps me sleep at night with easing my pain. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pain medicine to help ease aches and or any type of pain your in. It comes in easy to open packaging and worth the money too.
