The Cuisinart Advantage® Pro Premium Stainless-Steel Cookware 8″ Skillet is perfect for cooking eggs or a couple of sausage Pattie's. I bought it because of the quality that I know Cuisinart provides. It doesn't disappoint! This skillet heats evenly and foods don't stick to the non-stick surface! Icing on the cake: this skillet is designed to be dishwasher safe. I plan to buy larger sizes of the Cuisinart Advantage® Pro Premium Stainless-Steel Cookware.

GREAT LITTLE PAN!!

This is a great non stick skillet nice size for ham %26 eggs or for pancakes, sautéing,etc. Cleaning it is breeze. Good does not stick. Great weight to it! Very nice handle. Handle stays cool and does not overheat. I typically use this for stove top gas range only. As with all non stick pans, I only use wood, plastic or silicone utensils. ENSURE TO ONLY USE: low to mid-medium heat and allow pan to cool naturally. Do not immerse warm or hot pan in water to keep from ruining the nonstick.
