incorrect photo, or incorrect item received

Disappointed in the size. Deceptive that the photo says 2in, received 1.88 inch. I know it's not a big difference, but I chose this one because it was supposedly slightly larger than the others I looked at. I wanted 2-3 inches wide for my project. Now I have to make this work since I needed it for tomorrow. Will not buy again.
