Size Mislabeled

Item was received without the trademark shoe box but seemed like genuine new Floafers. However, they were mislabeled! Tag said they were size 12, which is what I ordered but the number on bottom of the Floafers is 13. Unfortunately I had already removed the tag before I realized and my child is unable to wear them as they are too big.
