Awesome Customer Service

We also want to give a shout-out to customer support. We had the canopy less than a month. It had done a great job in several storms. We had a CRAZY storm that mangled the frame. We were not upset because it was a tornado level storm. We reached out to customer service to inquire about purchasing a frame only as the canopy was still in good shape. They replaced the entire unit at no charge. Support definitely went above and beyond to take great care of us.
