I never new water temp needed to be a certain degree. The set is really nice and well made. Looking forward to experimenting with it.

Classy Pour Over Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a novice with pour over coffee so I was very happy this set had everything that I needed. Although it was all in one box, each piece was boxed separately, which I appreciated. The stainless steel kettle has a long gooseneck for easy pouring. The top of the kettle has a thermometer on top so you can get the water to correct temperature that you need or want. Since I am new at this, I have been experimenting with different temperatures and amount of coffee. I also made Matcha tea in it. It comes with a nice heavy measuring spoon for the coffee.The stainless steel filter just rinses out and you do not need paper filters. I also like that the glass pot will hold and make up to 8 cups of coffee.

Coffee carafe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to try a pour over carafe. I wasn't sure if it would make a strong cup of coffee. I was amazed. The coffee was strong and taste great. I like that you can make it as bold as you want. I thought it would be time consuming, but was surprised it was fast. The kettle heats up fast. It has markings on it to tell you what temperature would be ideal for different drinks. It is as fast as a coffee maker. It's nice that you can make a small or a big amount of coffee. When I make a small amount on my coffee maker it doesn't taste great. I will definitely be using this over my coffee machine. The crate and kettle are easy to clean so unlike your coffee machine it's clean.
