You can put this fan anywhere. It has a hook, magnets, keyhole slots for mounting and even a clamp. The fan has 3 speeds and can oscillate 120⁰ or 360⁰. It also has a ring light behind the blades that can be on either low or high mode. You can put essential oils on the included aromatherapy pads to have the fan distribute the scent.

Perfect for stroller
