This GEM 11" stockpot 7.7qt is just the right size for cooking large batches of soup, potatoes, pasta, etc. Crafted from durable cast aluminum, it offers excellent heat conduction and retention. Its compact size makes it perfect for smaller portions without compromising on performance. This pot features BergHOFF’s signature FernoGreen nonstick coating, a nontoxic surface free from PFOA, GEN-X, BPA, APEO, and NMP. It allows for healthier cooking with minimal oil and ensures easy food release and cleanup. Plus, the wide handles ensures safe handling, while the glass lid with a stainless steel knob locks in moisture and flavor. The full disk bottom promotes even heat distribution and is compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction, electric, halogen, and vitro-ceramic. Oven safe up to 464°F without the lid.
