Chain not adjustable

I gave it a 4 Even though it is good quality but I had to cut chain and use the swing set chains because the chain is not adjustable but it works fine I didnt care if it voided warranty because kids wanted this type of seat on swing set. The chain that came attached is for big playground swings not swing sets in the back yard but again its very good quality
