Poor design on water flow

This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. Please choose a different toilet for your needs as these are beyond frustrating.

Panagiotis, my name is Jessica with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear of the poor flush you are experiencing. We recommend making sure the water level in the tank is at the correct marking, the flush rods are adjusted properly (the bottom of the push rod should sit just above the flush valve), the rim feed hose should be held on the flush valve and there should be water coming out of all of the rim holes around the bowl when the toilet is flushed. Instruction Sucks!

There is no installation instruction for the this toilet. I don't know where the water supply should be located.That is the basic!!
