The company that processed the order through Walmart sent a used dirty product. At some point before receipt of the order it was lost. A refund was initiated by Walmart due to the length of delay. The item arrived about three weeks after ordered, but the Postal driver delivered to another address, which is not Walmart's fault. A neighbor brought the package to me and upon finally receiving it, the item was not new and had dirty feet marks on them.. Upon contacting Walmart again I was told that the refund still stood and I could dispose of the item. A week later I was charged for the product due to not returning it to Walmart.
