Watching it brew so I can't comment on the flavor but the kit is very easy to use if you've ever done your own brewing or if you bought some equipment and are looking to try brewing yourself for the first time.

First kit I've done. Made at 5 gal instead of 6. Came out medium sweet and fruity. Very, very easy to drink. The kit is straight forward with simple detailed instructions. Once bottles it is excellent. Note I let mine age approximately 60 days. It will easily compete with those in the market
