A good bathroom fan.
This was a replacement for a 19 year old original unit - so if it lasts as long as the previous one it's exceptional value! Be aware that this mounts from above the ceiling drywall between joists so do your homework before ordering. It's simple to install from a joist bracing and wiring perspective and can accommodate a warming lamp if desired. It's quiet enough for the function it performs.

I bought it with only 1 reason to replace existing old fan (probably 40 yrs old) from the same manufacturer and model, so expected least installation work. I plan to only change the motor to avoid access to attic to replace the whole fan. To my disappointed, the motor part did not match with the old one making the plan impossible. I end up need to replace the whole fan with a lot of hard work. If I know it earlier, I would buy another fan with better appearance and ten times more quiet.
