This bar is being promoted as "healthy", full of antioxidants, etc. Frankly, I think that is a stretch. I love these bars for their taste and texture. I consider them an indulgence, the same as I would a candy bar. The combined textures of the crunchy nuts, the soft dried cherries, the bitter (but not too) chocolate … crave-able. (I will admit to convincing myself it is breakfast, on occasion.)
