Please evauate how paid assembly is managed

The notification regarding the assembly was terrible. While I paid for it, I spend a hour attempting to find out when the assembly was scheduled. The Walmart Customer services gave me a number to call that did not work. I finally asked AI to help and that led me to Angi. Then the contracted cancelled and a guy showed up yesterday to assembly. We had no notice and had already put together the unit. The installer did help with some of the final assemby. He said at least 75% of the time their is a problem with Walmart on assembly information and setting up appt.

Very sturdy and comfortable. Assembly was straight forward (though a little bit of difficulty getting some of the bolts lined up and threaded). Fits my pace nicely and is a big upgrade over my old furniture.
