Poor service from .com site.

I love this yarn as I have had it before, just can't get the right item shipped to me. They keep sending me Bernat Baby CHUNKY yarn, not the Cottontots on the packing slip. AND they are sending Hot pink and I ordered the Sunshine which as shown is a pale yellow! UGH, I will try one more time. The one star is for service not the product.
