FABULOUS!!!!! These are the best vanilla cupcakes I have ever eaten. They are DELICIOUS. They melt in your mouth and the icing is THICK and so good, you have to eat is SLOWLY so you can savor the wonderful taste. The cake part is fluffy and has a wonderful flavor! The sugar is not overpowering and the sweetness of the cupcake is just right. Sometimes Buttercream frosting is so sweet you can't eat it. Not this frosting, just perfect! They are very, very good. I have to get some more. They were tasteful, moist and not to sweet. Now, the drawbacks. They could have made them a little bigger and not so much icing. To be gluten-free they are great. But even being gluten-free I would recommend these to anyone. They don't taste gluten-free.

You will forget they are gluten free

The frosting on these is to die for! My favorite food is cupcakes, so I fancy myself a bit of a cupcake snob. I recently had to give up gluten, and I miss a yummy cupcake. These are so SO good, you will forget they are gluten free. The frosting is amazing.
