Item arrived earlier than expected even though the carrier delivered it to the wrong address. The merchant was very responsive and understanding dealing with my complaint. I was able to retrieve this item from the delivered address and was highly satisfied with the unit once it was assembled. I have no issues so far and the assembly instructions were very straightforward and easy. I bought this item to free up space for the holidays and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It is much bigger than I imagined which is a plus. Considering the build and size, I would have expected the rack to be more expensive. Great price and very sturdy!

It was very easy to assemble. The only thing wrong with it was there was one hole that wasn't I guess drilled all the way through so I couldn't put the last screw in but I'm guessing it'll stay together since everything else went in fine.
