I just began using this conditioner. I do the curly girl method using a low-poo with no sulfates, silicones, phthalates, etc, along with no heat-styling My hair has recently become dry, limp, and shedding (which is probably overall health related, not product related.) I read about this conditioner and decided to try it. So far it's been very nourishing to my hair and doesn't cause any reactions to a sensitive scalp.
