The instructions were easy to follow. All of the holes were pre-drilled in the correct locations. Its very sturdy and looks nice. I did have to move the plastic door up out of the way while training my dog to use it. I'll put it back in position once he's used to the idea of sleeping in a dog house.

I got two pups and they love it. It's pretty sturdy and looks super cute. Only downside is the inside ventilation is easily removable so my boys got that part off and ate it but that's more on them than anything. I got exactly what I paid for and will probably invest in another one later on in the future when my dogs get bigger.
